ELIGIBILITY OF USER
- The user must be at least 13 years of age for the use of services, and at least 16 for the use of periscope services provided by Twitter.
- User must also be consenting to a contract between the user and Twitter, and must not be barred from services under the laws applicable.
PRIVACY
By using the services, the user agrees that the information given by the user can be used by Twitter under the provisions of the privacy policy.
The user also agrees to the storage of personal information of the users outside the country of India, specifically, the United States or Ireland.
CONTENT
Twitter terms specifically state that the user has the duty to regulate the content which is being shared through their account including compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
Any use or reliance on any Content or materials posted via the Services or obtained by users through the Services is at their own risk.
Twitter does not advocate, support, represent, or guarantee the authenticity, completeness, or reliability of any Content or communications posted via the Services, nor does it endorse any opinions expressed over the Services.
By submitting, posting, or displaying Content on or through the Services, the user grants twitter a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such Content in any and all media now known or later developed (for clarity, these rights include, for example, curating, transforming, and translating).
This license authorizes Twitter to make users Content available to the rest of the world and to let others do the same.
RESTRICTIONS ON USERS
Twitter has the right to alter the Services at any time.
Twitter may stop offering the Services or any features within the Services to users in general (permanently or temporarily).
Twitter also has the right, at any time, to impose usage and storage restrictions at its sole discretion.
Twitter may also remove or refuse to distribute any Content on the Services, limit the distribution or visibility of any Content on the Service, suspend or terminate users, and reclaim usernames at any time without notice or obligation to the user.
TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION OF SERVICES
Twitter may suspend or terminate users account or cease providing with all or part of the Services at any time for any or no reason, including, but not limited to:
- User has violated any Terms for Services,
- The user creates risk or possible legal exposure for Twitter;
- The user account should be removed due to unlawful conduct,
- The user’s account should be removed due to prolonged inactivity; or
- Twitter’s provisions of the Services to the user is no longer commercially viable.
