User agrees, understands and accepts that the website is an online platform that enables users to purchase products listed on the website at the price indicated therein at any time from any location.
The user further agrees and acknowledges that Amazon is only a facilitator, and is not and cannot be a party to or control in any manner any transactions on the website.

Amazon lists availability information for products sold on the website, including on each product information page.
Please keep in mind that dispatch estimates are just that: estimates.
They are not promised delivery times and should not be used as such. As they process the order, users will be informed by e-mail if any products user orders turned out to be unavailable.
Unless otherwise noted, all prices include VAT/CST, service tax, Goods and Services Tax (“GST”), levies and cesses where applicable.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
