In order to access certain Google Meet Services, the user may be required to provide information about themselves as part of the registration process for the Service, or as a condition of continuing to use the Services.

USER DUTIES

• The user promises to provide Google with accurate, correct, and up-to-date registration information at all times.
• User agrees to use the Services only for purposes that are permitted by the Terms and any applicable law, regulation or generally accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant jurisdictions
• User agrees not to access any of the Services by any means other than through the interface that is provided by Google unless they have been specifically allowed to do so in a separate agreement with Google.
• The user undertakes not to engage in any behaviour that disrupts or interferes with the Services. Unless the user has been specifically permitted to do so in a separate agreement with Google.
• The user agrees not to copy, reproduce, duplicate, sell, trade, or resell the Services in any way.
• User agrees that they are solely responsible for any breach of your obligations under the Terms and the consequences of any such breach.

ELIGIBILITY OF USERS

For being eligible for the services, the user must be 13 years of age or above. And all information, regarding the user, provided to them must not be false.

PASSWORD AND SECURITY

User acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for the security of any passwords linked with any account used to access the Services. Accordingly, the user agrees that they will be solely responsible to Google for all activities that occur under their account.

CONTENT

• User understands that all information (such as data files, written text, computer software, music, audio files or other sounds, photographs, videos or other images) which user may have access to. The individual from whom such content originated is solely responsible for any content posted as part of, or via user use of, the Services.
• Users should be aware that Content presented to the user as part of the Services, including but not limited to advertisements in the Services and Sponsored Content in the Services may be protected by intellectual property rights owned by the sponsors or advertisers that provide Google with that Content.
• User may not modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on this Content unless the user has been specifically told that user may do so by Google or by the owners of that Content, in a separate agreement.
• Google reserves the right to pre-screen, review, flag, filter, alter, refuse, or remove any or all Content from any Service at its sole discretion. Google may give options to filter out explicit sexual content for some of the Services.
• User understands that by using the Services user may be exposed to Content that user may find offensive, indecent or objectionable and that, in this respect, user use the Services at user own risk.
• User agrees that they are solely responsible for any Content that users create, transmit or display while using the Services and for the consequences of user actions by doing so.

TERMINATION OF SERVICES

Google may at any time, terminate its legal agreement with the user if:

• User has breached any provision of the Terms (or have acted in a way that demonstrates that does not intend to, or are unable to, comply with the Terms’ requirements); or
• Google is required to do so by law (for example, where the provision of the Services to the user is, or becomes, unlawful); or
• The partner with whom Google offered the Services to the user has terminated its relationship with Google or ceased to offer the Services to the user; or
• Google is transitioning to no longer providing the Services to users in the country in which the user is resident or from which the user uses the service; or
• The provision of the Services to the user by Google is, in Google’s opinion, no longer commercially viable.
