USER RESPONSIBILITY

Accounts- Users are responsible for all activities that occur under their account, regardless of whether the activities are authorized by the user the provider and their affiliates are not responsible for unauthorized access to the user account.

Content-Users should ensure that their content and use of their content or the service will not violate any of the policies or any applicable law. The user is solely responsible for the development, content, operation, maintenance, and use of their content.

Security and Backup- Users are responsible for properly configuring and using the Service and otherwise taking appropriate action to secure, protect and backup accounts and user’s content in a manner that will provide appropriate security and protection, which might include the use of encryption to protect user’s content from unauthorized access and routinely archiving their content.
PROPRIETARY RIGHTS OF CONTENT
Under the terms and services agreement, the provider has no right towards the content of the user, under any circumstances.
Users have all rights in the Content and Suggestions necessary to grant the rights contemplated by this Agreement. The provider owns all rights, titles, and interests in and to the Service and all related technology and intellectual property rights.
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the provider grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable license to do the following:
(a) Access and use the Services solely in accordance with this Agreement; and
(b) Copy and use the Content solely in connection with your permitted use of the Services.
DATA SERVICES
Users may specify the AWS regions in which their content will be stored. User consent to the storage of their content in, and transfer of their content into, the AWS regions they select.
The provider will not access or use user content except as necessary to maintain or provide the Service or as necessary to comply with the law or a binding order of a governmental body.
They will not disclose the content to any government or third party or move content from the AWS regions selected by the user; except in each case as necessary to comply with the law or a binding order of a governmental body.
The provider will only use account information in accordance with the Privacy Policy, and user consent to such usage. The Privacy Policy does not apply to content.
SERVICE FEES
The provider would calculate and bill fees and charges monthly. They may bill you more frequently for fees accrued if they suspect that your account is fraudulent or at risk of non-payment.
User will pay the provider the applicable fees and charges for use of the Service as described on the Site using one of the payment methods provider supports.
All amounts payable by users under this Agreement will be paid to them without setoff, or counterclaim, and without any deduction or withholding unless required by law.
Unless the provider clearly states otherwise in a notice, fees and charges for any new Service or new feature of a Service will be effective when we post updated fees and charges on the Site.
They may increase or add new fees and charge for any existing Services you are using by giving you at least 30 days prior notice.
DISPUTES
Any dispute or claim relating in any way to the use of the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by the provider, rather than in court.
The arbitrator’s decision and the award will be final and binding on the parties. The ability of a court to review an arbitration award will be limited.
SUSPENSION OF SERVICES
The service provided by Amazon Chime can be suspended by the provider the effects of the suspension are:
- No right to access.
- Fees and suspension charges by the provider.
- No service credit can be used during the period of subscription.
The service can be suspended on various grounds:
- Breach in payment, by the user may lead to suspension.
- A breach in the agreement, by the user contrary to the agreement.
- Ceased in operation, in the ordinary course, the provider has the right to suspend the services.
TERMINATION OF SERVICES
Termination of services can be on the basis of various grounds, the services can be either temporary or permanent or both:

By convenience, can be done by the user, for any reason they deem fit. The user can terminate this Agreement for any reason by providing you at least 30 days advance notice.

Of cause, if any parties, breaches any clause of the agreement, the services of the user can be terminated with at least 30 days advance notice.
- Immediate termination, if the user is part of any malpractice.
